Jacob Hesse comes to CloudNine with 20-years of technology and management experience in eDiscovery, in both law firm and service provider environments.   Jacob is responsible for CloudNine’s Product Management, drawing on skills and knowledge earned by leading delivery teams in Data Processing Operations, Applications Support, and Production.  Jacob has experience planning software and infrastructure solutions across a variety of environments and platforms.  Jacob most enjoys building collaboration and synergies within and between teams, including partners and clients, to achieve goals together.

Jacob has an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems and graduate degrees in Business Administration and Project Management.
