As Chief Financial Officer, Chung oversees finance, accounting, HR, as well as workplace operations. Chung has over 20 years of experience in finance and operational leadership with technology companies. Prior to CloudNine, Chung was the VP of Finance at Thycotic Software, where he founded its financial planning and analysis functions. Prior to Thycotic Software, Chung served as CFO of Infrastructure Networks, where he established the company’s finance, office, and warehouse operations.

Earlier in his career, Chung held various financial and leadership positions at BMC Software, SoftLayer Technologies (an IBM company), and Alert Logic. Chung has a track record in driving growth through establishing effective and efficient financial operations, providing analytical insights into the company’s performances, and supporting equity and debt raises. A certified public accountant, Chung has a bachelor of science degree in computer science from University of Maryland and a master of accounting degree from Tulane University.
