CloudNine Marks the One-Year Anniversary of its Expansion through the Acquisition of eDiscovery Product Suite from LexisNexis®

CloudNine, a leader in simplifying and automating legal discovery, today celebrates the one-year milestone since acquiring a suite of eDiscovery software from LexisNexis.

As announced in January, the company has more than doubled its development and customer success teams and now has a network of employees across the country with offices in Houston, Raleigh and Dayton, Ohio.

The acquired product suite, recently rebranded CloudNine LAW™, CloudNine Concordance®, CloudNine Explore™ (formerly Early Data Analyzer™ or “EDA”), and its incumbent CloudNine Review™ now provide an end-to-end eDiscovery solution. Since the acquisition, the CloudNine team has upheld their promise to prioritize product development and has since released seven new software versions while continuing its investment to advance its incumbent application, CloudNine Review.

CloudNine CEO Brad Jenkins remarked: “Experiencing this tremendous growth fueled by a team of dedicated and highly skilled colleagues has been an extremely rewarding journey.” Jenkins added “Our ability to deploy both on-premise and cloud-based technology has provided our customers and service providers, the flexibility they need to create a truly customized set of eDiscovery solutions.”

Among its accomplishments, CloudNine ranked #105 in the SaaS 1000 of the fastest-growing SaaS companies. The ranking is generated by a proprietary algorithm reflecting a vast number of business growth indicators within a six-month period. In addition, CloudNine’s Doug Austin recently received the JD Supra Top Author in the Readers Choice Awards for consistently achieving the highest readership and engagement within the category of cybersecurity. The award recognizes Mr. Austin for his thought leadership and was one of 228 authors selected from over 50,000 with work published through JD Supra. Since 2010, Mr. Austin has authored and edited educational content published in the eDiscovery Daily blog – the industry’s go-to resource for news and case law in the world of digital discovery.

CloudNine has also recently launched a Training & Certification program to provide customers with credential options for multiple levels of training across CloudNine LAW, Concordance and Explore applications. The web-based courses are available through public or private sessions and are facilitated by a live instructor.

Additional announcements on CloudNine’s technology developments are scheduled for release before the end of this month.
2019 projections will exceed the growth of the past year by parallel expansions across its technology, programs and market footprint. The company will continue its on-going investment through a roadmap of product line enhancements and expansion of their partner network to better serve its growing customer base.
